Regarding planning: It is necessary to review and adjust the master plan on development of the cashew industry to be more appropriate and sustainable. Ensure the stability of cashew acreage, concentrated cashew growing areas, association in cashew production. Rearrange cashew nut processing establishments in the direction of gradually reducing small processing establishments, which do not ensure food hygiene and safety conditions; invest in the formation of concentrated processing zones with modern equipment and technology; encourage deep processing, increase added value in the cashew industry value chain.

Paying attention to training human resources for the cashew industry: workers in this industry are mainly familiar with the profession, have not been trained, and do not have separate human resource training programs for the cashew industry.
